Side by Side is an international summer camp where children and young people meet up to play, sing During Side by Side by El Sistema in Gothenburg children and young people from all over the world meet for to play in an orchestra, sing in chorus, to create and develop. The participants rehearse, socialize and creates a grand finale concert playing together with musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony, who also are mentors for the adepts.

Side by Side is organized by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and is an important part of the Gothenburg 400 year celebration. During a few wonderful summer days each June, children and youth from around the world gather to sing and make music together, side by side with professional musicians.
